In general, Foritas maintains its technical service department form our Corporate office at 19 West 21st Street in Manhattan. All of our technicians are certified in the products we sell and support and are equipped with mobile-device access to our cloud-based CRM to serve you better.
Customer Web Portal
Through our customer web portal, found at www.foritas.info, customers can access useful information about their service including user guides and video tutorials. Customers may also create or find the status of existing service requests in the portal.
The most effective way to request service is by emailing us at email@example.com – 24×7 or calling our office Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm. Our response time is within 4 business hours for an emergency or next day for standard service requests.
Our standard rate for onsite service is $150 per hour with a 2 hour minimum and a $37.50 Trip Charge within. Remote service, where available, is a 1 hour minimum and of course, no Trip Charge!
Cost-reducing service contracts and block time agreements are available by speaking with a Foritas sales person or an Authorized Sales Agent.
