Service Information
Foritas maintains its technical service department from our corporate office located at 19 West 21st Street in Manhattan. All of our technicians are certified in the products we sell and are equipped with mobile access to our cloud-based CRM in order to serve you better.
Customer Web Portal
Through our customer web portal, found at www.foritas.info, customers can access useful information about their service, including user guides and video tutorials. Customers may also create or find the status of existing service requests.
Requesting Service
The most effective way to request service is by emailing us at service@foritas.net or calling our office during normal business hours – Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm. Our response time is within 4 business hours for emergencies and one business day for standard service requests.
Service Rates
Rates Effective March 15, 2023
Our standard rate for onsite service is $180 per hour with a 2 hour minimum plus a $65 Trip Charge.
Remote service is available at $180 per hour with a 1 hour minimum.
Cost-reducing service contracts and block time agreements are available. Speak with a Foritas sales assistant or an Authorized Sales Agent today.
